Everything you need to know about how I make, ship and handle your orders

Let me break it down to you…
All garments on this site are designed, crafted, and shipped by me — from my studio here in the South of England.
I don’t outsource — each piece is a one-person project from start to finish.
Construction Process
I’ve always been a one man army, every single garment you see on my instagram has been conceptualized, designed, manufactured and shipped from my studio.
Due to the nature of my work 99% of the time I have to order the material in, on demand, from my Factory, this takes 1-2 days (super fast turnaround).
If you’ve ordered something like a Renaissance Balaclava it may be a super quick turn around - Normally 3-4 days.
However, If you’ve placed an order on any make to order/ custom pieces it can take 1-2 weeks construction!
*This does not include the one of one art pieces, they’re premade & ready to ship, no construction needed*
Shipping Info 📦
All items are hand-packed and dropped off at Royal Mail or UPS with tracked shipping.
Your tracking number will be sent directly to your email once dispatched.
Estimated shipping time (after dispatch):
• UK: 1–3 business days
• International: 5–10 business days
If you haven’t received a tracking number or it’s been longer than expected, feel free to reach out.
Refunds & Returns ❌
Because every item is handmade to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on my end.
If there’s a problem with your order, I’ll always do my best to make it right — just get in touch.
